Fleet Aircraft

Fixed Wing

USU operates its own fleet of aircraft for the Professional Pilot program, including Diamond DA40's, DA42's, as well as Piper Arrows. All instrument training aircraft are equipped with G1000 Glass Cockpit GPS systems for state-of-the-art flight training.

DA-42

This aircraft is equipped with the G1000 and the most current avionics used in the industry, including auto pilot. USU students will use this aircraft to prepare themselves for both their MEL and MEI licenses. This aircraft will give USU students the opportunity to become knowledgeable with the characteristics of multi-engine flying both in VFR and IFR operations.
